Staying healthy is criticial in this time of COVID-19. Chiropractic care is an essential part to support your body’s ability to adapt to stress: physical, financial, emotional, chemical and more. This month, to support your health and our community, we have launched a Stay Healthy Challenge!

This is an awesome CHALLENGE for you and your crew to keep up the good stuff in a way that is FUN, helpful, healthy, and maybe the best part - will give you something to do!

Step 1 - Read through our top 5 recommended ways you and your family can stay healthy right now and always!

Step 2 - Take a picture every day of one of more of these action steps with your family (have fun with it!)

Step 3 - Post your picture on Social Media stories and feed and be sure to tag Lake Life Chiropractic and use the hashtag #OperationStayHealthy as well!

Coolest Part - We're sharing this challenge with hundreds of Pediatric and Family Chiropractors all over the world so that healthy, happy, chiro families everywhere can stay "connected" and stay healthy TOGETHER!

Last Part - We'll keep track of all the posts and each one will be counted as an entry into a drawing with chances to win gift cards to local health-minded businesses seeing a tough go of it right now. When our community is open for business again, we can all flood out and support them! The more you tag us in the #OperationStayHealthy Challenge, the better your chances are to win!
