5 Ways to Stay Healthy

As part of our Stay Healthy Challenge, we are sharing 5 Ways to Stay Healthy right now during the current pandemic, and always! Please join us in being the healthiest versions of ourselves, starting now.

  1. Chiropractic Care Chiropractic care improves the function of the nervous system, which in turn helps other vital systems like the immune system!

  2. Exercise Get moving! Exercise is an essential “nutrient” to reduce stress and detox the body! Pick your favorite activity and get after it 3-5 times per week!

  3. Nutrition Eat a well balanced diet consisting mostly of unprocessed whole foods. Eliminate (or do your best to reduce) sugar and partially hydrogenated fats/trans fats. Drink plenty of water and limit beverages high in sugar and caffeine.

  4. Supplements We recommend the following daily supplements:

    Vitamin C/Ascorbate

    Vitamin A and Vitamin D3

    Probiotics

    Cod Liver Oil

  5. Sleep Get your zzzzz's! Sleep is beyond critical to a healthy body and healthy immune system. It's when our body reboots, repairs, and gets to work on clearing out all the stress we incurred during the day.
